hi iam pretty new to flash movies and dont have a tablet but will soon any tips are welcome i like making video game parodies so hopefully there will be one of mine on ng soon

Take your time- there is no rush to learn.
Each cartoon you make will increase your skills.
A tablet isn't necessary if you're just starting out- it's better to familiarise yourself with Flashes drawing tools first; circle, square, line etc...

Also, make sure you're having fun- everything else will eventually fall into place.
